Pathways Behavioral Health Services School Based Liaison for At Risk Youth Services are provided in: Crockett Co.-Crockett Co. Middle School, Crockett Co. High School, Crockett Alternative School. Hardeman Co.-Bolivar Central High School, Middleton High School, Bolivar Middle School. Jackson-Madison Co.-Parkview Learning Center. Services include: Face to Face Consultation with Teachers and, Psycho-educational Groups, Training and Education of School Personnel, Student Assistance/Support.
Eligibility Requirements
Students must be in enrolled in grades 6-12 at the schools served. All referrals are received through teachers, school counselors, and school administrators.
