The Children's Advocacy Center for the 31st Judicial District is a safe and child-friendly facility where children who may be victims of sexual and/or physical abuse can come for evaluation, intervention, evidence gathering and victim advocacy. Services are also provided to the child's non-offending caregiver. The CAC also serves as a location for the prevention training "Stewards of Children", education and awareness for the entire community.
Eligibility Requirements
Children and non-offending caregivers from Warren and Van Buren County who have been referred from DCS and/or Law Enforcement are eligible to receive Intervention and investigation services. CAC31 will provide courtesy services in certain cases. Prevention programs, education and community awareness services are available to all.
